I'll be moving and plan to rent my current garage. Have no idea what's fair to both of us. 24x24 uninsulated unheated garage with 220v and electricity paid. Access to garden hose if needed. 
Insurance will be dealt with seperately.
I should add that the price will come out of what I rent the house for. So it really isn't a question of how much can I make off it, it's what will be fair split of rent between the two.
