Need help: Disc brakes with a steering hoop/dogleg

Hey guys, I have a cowl steering setup on my model A and it connects to my drums using a traditional steering arm hoop. I would like to upgrade to disc brakes in the front and were curious if anyone had this setup? I know some run doglegs rather than hoop style arms, I could do that but what kits are people using and were there any issues? I am running 40 ford spindles if that matters! So please tell me what kits you are using and any pictures would be great as well.
