I bought this 1955 Pontiac Chiefton at an estate sale. its been sitting for years, missing the motor and trans, but otherwise all original. Ive already got a 1972 pontiac 350 & 350 trans, front disc brakes, new fuel tank, power steering box, and tilt column. The pink slip is dated 1958, so I dont think its seen the road in quite a while. Soon as I rebuild the motor, I'll fab up motor mounts and then lower the suspension. Hoping to be driving it by next year. 1st photo is lowered via photoshop.

nice

l like it, those are neat cars.

when ya go have the title transferred ask to keep the one from 1958 as documentary piece of history to the car.

in washington they write "VOID" in the corner and let you keep it as part of the car's history.

Later

Thanks guys. We went to the estate sale to look at a 56 chevy, but ended up getting this at a 3rd of the price of the chevy. Soon as Iam finished with my 2 trucks, the 55 is getting done. Plan to drive it on the Power tour.
