I have a work buddy that has built two rat rods and has now lured me into it. I am not new to cars but I am new to Rat Rods. I am looking forward to learning a few things here. The truck I just drug home is a 49 Ford F1. I have a 5.0 w/4R70W trans. a 3.73L rear with discs and I have a left over Mustang ll cross member from another project to put in to it. I am going to build my own frame. So I will be the guy going down the road with one rear tire 4"s off the ground.
