hay everyone. a little bit about myself i am a recreational specialist and a childrens home and a allaround mechanic. i am going to be building a rat rod in a few years ( i have to play it off as a retirment vehicle to get past the wife). it is going to have a custom frame and air suspension. probably a 40's dodge or a 30's ford truck body. i am looking for any books i can buy the help me with the frame and air suspension. any help would be great. thanks guys and its nice to be here.

Haven't read the books, had help from a couple friends and came by the rest on my own :)
There's more than enough help on this form to do what you want.
I can tell you, what the people on this forum know, you'll never find it in a book :cool:
Sit back, ask lots of questions and when you post a build upload lots of pics [ddev

Welcome to the site! Tex Smith wrote about the best book on chassis building. Another one was written by Jeff Tann, but I haven't read that one. Good luck and keep us updated on your progress!
