Dudes... be sure to ck out the new issue of Rod & Custom. The cover shot sorta reminded me of something the Gastrick mite do with his new C-dan. It has a decent article on plumbing brakes & my fav... American Autowire's new Nostalgia wiring kit that is modern wire but wrapped in cloth for that old timey look. I doubt it's cheap but it sure looks kool!!!

Tripper, I installed a new wiring harness in my '59 Ranchero, probably 6-7 years ago...it was cloth-covered, but, it wasn't American Autowire...I'll have to see if I can remember who's kit it was...

It was only $200, and I believe it was a 12 circuit box...I know the article in Rod & Custom says that there wasn't a complete kit available until this year, but, that's not true...like I said, it was several years ago when I did the Ranchero, and the kit was so nice, my buddy did his '49 Ford with one too...

(Here's a pic of my Ranchero at Billetproof Detroit with my 7" chopped '31 Model A cab in the back...)

I've got to get that mag. I don't have it yet. You are on to me Bob. That wiring trick was already on the slate for the new ceeedan. I've seen the American Autowire kits. They are steep at about $795.00 I think.
