Just realized those are car dealers in the background. That must be Oakland
on the right which became Pontiac i believe. Never heard of Lexington.

They still race, we have one locally too. I am sure there are many others.

They still race there. Next scheduled race July 19, 2009. The Unser family who live in Albuquerque "own" that Mountain. I don't know the exact number but 3 generations of Unsers has won the race well over 25 times. Some of their cars are in their Unser Racing Museum in town.
Lexington Motor Co built cars between 1910 & 1927 in Indiana after moving from Lexington Kentucky, but ended up going bust and being bought by Auburn Automobile Company who phased out the name.
They also won the 1924 Pikes Peak...
