hey guys, thought i would share some of my astrophotography attempts with you. i take these pix thru my meade 8 inch reflector scope. the last couple shots are jupiter, stacked images taken from video.

Cool pictures. I tried doing that with a cheap rinky dink telescope this past summer, had a terrific collection of fuzzy blobs and blurry lights.

yeah it takes a lot of preactice. i still dont have it down quite the way i want. but that scope is amazing!

heres a fairly good video of jupiter i shot. it gets best towards the end, like all good movies should.

That really is cool that you can get pics like this. The pic of the moon is as good as it gets for me with my camera lens
