photoshop ?

Anyone here use Photoshop ? I have it and haven't figured it out yet. Just brought my Dodge home today and want to see what it would look like chopped.
Also, want your opinions on these doors. I'm thinking about cutting the window section out entirely.

Sorry, I use Corel Paint Shop Pro. If I end up with some time I'll chop that cab for you.
Just jump in on photo shop, I hear it is real easy.
