project #2... Dodge victory 6???

Still have a little while until I'm done with my truck, but I think I already found my second project. From some research I think this is a 28-29 Dodge Victory 6. Maybe some experts can help identify. This thing is in GREAT shape, original tin with lots of parts and I think I can get it for under $1000. What do you think... are these hard to find... is it worth it?

It still has the cowl lights in place, and from what I can see,
the rest looks to be in pretty good shape too.
