Question about a frame

Well, I may be a little premature withmy question ,but here goes. I'm looking at a 35 Intl pickup. All stock with original 6 and 3 speed tranny. I'm wanting to put a flathead V8 in it. Should I box the frame to add strength? I will be looking at it this week, and will look at the frame very closely. The truck complaete and would look very good with fenders and hood,so I would like to keep the stock frame if possible. Also I'm wondering how hard it would be to fit the flathead Ford V8 to the Intl tranny? Just some thoughts.

From personal experience, if it is a c shaped frame, box it. The weight and torque from a V-8 can twist and crack the stock type frames.
