So here's the story... Took my truck down to get weighed on a trailer. When I got home to unload it the truck got stuck. I put some brick I front of the rear tires and told my brother in law to drive forward with the trailer; figured the truck would stay still an the trailer would just pull out from under it..... WRONGE! The truck rolls back and I slipped ; ran my arm over and the front wheel started so squish my face . Lucky I was able to hold it with my other arm. Guess it was adrenalin that allowed me to push the truck off myself. I mean I was laying all the down on the ground with the front tire on my left wrist and was able to push it off with one hand from a laying down position.... Kinda cool. Lucky I didn't run my head all the way over. Just got a big spot on my face, looks like a burn.... I think it was the new tires, they get good traction lol

That's no way to treat yourself man! Glad it wasnt no worse!

My dad has a similar story. He had a international scout fall on him while changing rear brakes. The leaf springs fell across both legs braking one of them. He was able to pick the scout up off of him while sitting beside/under it. It left two real nice dents on the quater panel from his hands lol

No matter what, smart people can't make anything stupid-proof. Stupid always wins over smart. So that means you're on the winning team, Ernie! [ddd (So am I)

Glad it didn't get any worse, and I hope you didn't tear any muscles. Good you can laugh about it now.

Man you have to protect that melon.

Yep, you have to do the impossible quickly before reason tells you that you can't. Glad you are still here to tell about it EP.

any pictures of the incident?? Sounds like a great almost submission for the darwins.... Some video woulda been good too.

But yes, as everyone else submitted, be careful with your melon, ya only get one, not much good without it.

Friend of mine actually ran over himself working under his car by himself, he still walks with a lil limp. I nearly got run over when my Ranchero jumped into gear (reverse) & I tried to stop it by pushing the brake petal with my hand. The door whacked my noggin & the car came close to running me over. A bystander jumped in the open door & put on the brake. This was in a auto parts parking lot & the car was headed out to a busy street. Scared the bejesus outta me! My thanks to the unknown guy who stepped in & saved my bacon!!!
