Anyone into a 40s REO cab? I bought one in a package deal because I wanted the headlights. It's a little rough but has doors and windshield frame. I'd give it to anyone who could come get it soon. Make a cool and unusual rat truck. I'll put up some pics if anyone is interested. It's Western S.D. If it doesn't get a new home right away it goes under the ax.

OK, here ya go. I'm keeping the hood emblems, headlights, heater and the one cab marker light.
I see no history of any REO parts selling on ebay but if nobody wants it here then I'll carve it up and try to sell the bits and pieces.

If I hadn't bought a Reo sedan body a month ago I'd be on the road heading for your place right now.

I figured anyone who would want it would be in Florida, lol. Well anyway I tried. I'll probably whack out the windshield frame and crank assembly, dash and send the rest on to be the next weber kettle you buy at Mal-Wart.

If that Reo could sit out in your area til spring, I'd send $$$ now. My trailer is stored til spring.

Of course I want it and I am in Florida, but I will be in central Nebraska in the late spring, visiting. I don't suppose you would keep it around until the snow melts.........:eek:[S

Sounds like bobw is calling dibs on this one but I can sure find you all the old truck cabs you want if you are ever up this way. Just give me a month or two heads up and I will let you know what's available. $400-$600 should get you a pretty decent 40s-50s cab.
