I have front and rear disc brakes and my master cylinder is mounted lower than the calipers so,I will be using 2 Lbs residual valves to prevent the brake oil returning to the master and overflow the reservoir. Do I install the valves right at the master or should they go after the proportioning valve?
Thanks for your help RRR.

I put it before the valve, close to the m.c. and worked fine. I think it would be best to put it as close to the master cyl as possible, that way you keep the 2 psi in the length of the line, not just the brake caliper. Should make for a firmer pedal.

I was thinking that in my package it said not to put them more than 12 inches from the master cyl but it is late.
