finally got my custom 16 1/4 " bull .223 rem barrel from match grade machine.
and got some blocks of a self lubricating plastic DELRIN to use as a forarm.
a 6-24 44mm scope
and i rebuilt my bench rest top using that delrin as well.
cant wait to shoot it!

I had to put three scope rings on my TC. I found that over time, they moved a little.

i started getting kinda bored shooting my custom 308 savage 10-fp (which with load development got well under 1/2 MOA)
so thats when i got the idea for a pistol.

This scope has an almost tacky rubber coating on the outside
maybe thatll help?

I used to play the stupid game... or more appropriately, TRIED to play.

Shooting golf balls: My good friend (since departed) wanted a shotgun built to accept a golf ball "load". (He shared my frustration with the game.) "Fore!" would take a whole new meaning in that case.

My Yugoslavian SKS rifle has a grenade launcher and I have seen a thing you can put on it to launch golfballs

Unless I put the regular forend or one of the other caliber barrels on it.
Yes.
But I bought this long barrel just so I could shoot from a bench rest.
Of course I can always put a rifle buttstock on it and have a handy carbine.
