This is the last of the auction buys. Finally brought it home today.:D
The car has been sitting in a field for over 40 years, it had one tire left on it. Took the air bottle along, and the tire took and held air.
Body is in good shape, hood was used as a sled at some point, and trunk was pried open.

New one on me!

The motor was removed 35 years ago by tipping the car up on it's side and torching the tranny mount, motor mount, and tie rod.

Bonehead,
Wow, never heard of that method before! Love the car!

I love '52-54 Fords. Cousin of mine had a '54 with a built 312 and trips in it......boy the times we had in that car, and the girls we dated in it.:cool::D I have stories I could never repeat. :D

Whatcha gonna do with this one? (after all, I know you are hurting for a project or two to work on !!!)

You see that rear window defroster I installed too.

I am not sure what direction this one will take. But I have room to keep it for now, saved from the crusher.

great find Bonehead, I know a lot of guys that would not give a rig like that a second look. I have my eye on one just like that out on a farm here locally but I am running out of places to hide my cars from my wife lol

Nice ..!!!!

Nice find and a great save, really like the lines on the old '52.
And that 1st picture really is art....
I'll be interested to see what you have planned for this project. '22
