SE Rains!

How are you guys down in the South East corner of the USA doing? Hope everyone is staying fairly dry and no major damage. We've been getting a fair share of rain here in the desert too. But nothing like you have to put up with.

Moab got hit with flash floods a couple days ago took out a bunch of jeeps but the people were smart enough to leave the jeeps and hike to higher ground.

Saw a good quote: "We may only get 2 inches of rain a year here, but that 30 minutes that it comes gets exciting"

It's been really wet down here in Florida. Looks like more rain today. No flooding here but the canals look like they are about at their max capacity.

man i am sick of rain,, one day a week wouldnt be bad, but we get one week a month of dry weather so far and thats barely to days in a row!!!!

saw a pic of Datona race track, backstraight under at least a foot of water and the tunnel was about 3 ft deep

It rained here but it's so hot it evaporated B4 it hit the ground!!!

been gettin more than our share of the liquid sunshine, too! seems like its rained all spring, but today was nice, sunny and about 80...perfect roddin weather!!

been over 24 hrs since last rainfall-farmers haven't got crops in ground yet (only a few have been in their fields, many still under water, others mostly mud)

Same here in Tennessee! I know it's good for the crops, etc.. but man I'm sick of it! We've had two Saturday cruise ins canceled so far this month because it's always raining!!!!

Its been pretty dismal here. Today aint too bad. Rain then sun then rain then sun. its kinda cool to watch the clouds pass over so fast.
