show me your shock mounts!!

id like to see some pictures of front and rear shock mount setups! ive got a 34 chevy coupe that needs shocks mounted and i need some brain fuel,thanks

The arms off the '48 spindles, eyes off an old set of shocks and two .250 thick spacers (not shown).

I moved the headlight mounts back a little and integrated the shock mounts into them.

I use simple little Speedwaymotors.com adaptors to bolt the shocks to either of those top 1/2 holes. I thought of making them myself, but for $3 each why bother.

piston rods

I made mine out of ford 2.3 piston rods it nut is welded on the inside of where the wrist pin goes so you cant even tell its bolted from that side. the top mounts were cut off S-10 leaf spring pads
