Ok, I have an old 32 front end right? When I took the front end apart, I noticed that the bones seemd to be upside down. There is an offset on either the bottom or top of the bones right where it connects to the axle. Is the offset have to be facing up or down? It was facing up when I took the front end apart. I also noticed in one of Donsrods builds the offset was facing down. Sorry for the goofy question.

Stock 32 front end.

The offset is to the top so it will lower the bones for the tierod to clear. Click on the picture to enlarge it, about three clicks to get it to the largest setting.

Hey Sniper thanks man. I didn't realize you could click and make it larger like that. Let me ask this. Would it be ok to mount it to the bottom? I mean my steering link will be in the front now, and not behind the axle. Thanks

I am going to be working on this today. So, does it matter which way the bones mount as far as the offset goes? I would like ot know before I go too far with it and find out I wasn't suppose to do it. Thanks

I would think as long long as the rear of them is mounted at the correct height to get the angle in your front axle, it wouldn't matter..but really, I have no idea..sorry :D

I guess the reason I wanted to flip it is because I wanted to beef up that area where the offset is. I just did it, so thanks man. Looks like I'll have me a roller by this evening . yeeehaaawww!![;)[;)
