Not a stupid question. The answer isn't obvious. It's those round Chevy trucks
from '47 to the middle of '55. It means advanced design. Just a marketing phrase.

When I was in the service they always told us there was no such thing as a stupid question... just stupid people asking questions; then we were reminded that it could never be the fault of the question... I guess that was their way of keeping questions to a minimum. We also learned that asking a question was another form of volunteering.[S
