When I was in gradeschool, my neighbors were playing with a set of these. One of the boys got one stuck in his head (not kidding). Sued the crap out of the company. That was in the 80's I think though...

Next time you see him, punch him in the shoulder for ruining it for future generations. I clearly remember the terror of all the adults at a picnic yelling like they were going to kill when someone ran through the lawn darts field. My child will never know that terror now. (I do hope he survived!)
