im from noth dakota and everytime im there i think about a rat rod do you guys ever stop and ask the farmers is they would get rid of them old trucks and cars i will from now on now that im on here maybe be able to land a couple for you (how ever) ill see if i can help out in anyway shoehits
 
Yeah me and my buddies drive around the backroads all the time for fun. Most of the stuff you find around Kansas City is available, if you just ask. I try to keep track of the coolest stuff, so that one day I can go back and try to pick it up.
 
Lots of good tin in ND and most of it is solid. Not too sure about the locals though, when I was up around Williston they didn't cotton to outsiders much. 'course I was oilfield trash then too.
 
When I go out looking for old farm implements I found I had better luck with dirty clothes a beard and driving my old beat up truck. Also cash helps instant gratification for them.
 
You midwesterners got it made!

Here in the Southeast the humidity and weather just eats 'em up :(
Most things we find are pretty far gone unless they have been in a barn or shed.
