Well... the new Hot Rod mag (Sept) is worth ck'n out if u haven't seen it! An article about the renewed Funny Car craze.... there's a picture of nearly 30 floppers all lined up on the strip that rocks & a kool article on TV Tommy Ivo! The guy loved Buicks!!!

I would love to see Hot Rod Magazine and some of the others get back to their glory days. They all got so far off track with modern stuff that I stopped buying them.

Some where I've got the mag that gives the full scoop and build tips on How to build yer own "funny car" It shows how to cut the wheelhouse's and floor boards ,section the outer body work,, slide the rear up 10 inches,an' Presto,,"Funny Car"..! the late 60's were a cool time for hotrods..kinda the transition period between factory Muscle cars, and tube framed purpose built drag cars..
