Those are really funny. There used to be a Ford Maverick running around here and I guess the guy couldn't afford to get the correct radiator for it so it had this very tall radiator sticking up through a rectangular hole he had cut in the hood. The radiator was at least 18 inches higher than the hood, but it evidently worked because I saw it driving around quite a bit.

I especially like the "headlights" the one car had made from flashlights. These guys would be nowhere without duct tape.
