Looks to me like he was pushing too hard to pass on the outside going into a turn
Stewart was just driving out the line. I wouldn't expect him to slow down and let the guy behind him pass in a race I can't get where the fans think he should have.
It's obvious to me the dead guy failed to back off and drove himself both into Stewart and into the wall
While I don't support ruining people's lives over some mild drug abuse
I don't want to have to share the road with them, work with them, live with them...
I'm on th efence about their voting rights.
There are some really good reasons the founders set up a system where only property owners voted.
Not that I'd support a return to that just that at that point in history it required a degree of ability in a person to achieve property ownership and property is what is affected in most legislative actions.
Or maybe I should say that while it would have disenfranchised those who CHOSE not to own land, those who had no ability to aquire or maintain estate fell a little quite a bit short of who the founders envisioned were the guardians of liberty.
And then there is the simple issue that by our constitution our law is the law of the land, not the law on man.
It rules over the land... in contrast with the systems where the law "rules over the person" that we broke away from when we threw off our king.
The most significant difference between us and the rest of the world is we engineered an inversion in the relationship between individuls and institution.
A lot more is expected of those who rule themselves, foremost that they rule themselves.
I had to watch a drug awareness film for one of my trucking gigs
