Truck Cab

Any one ever use a miitary cab from something like a 5 ton. There is salvage yard near here that has tons of them some hard tops some canvas. All have windows and doors. Most of the trucks are complette!

Years ago I saw one a guy had sectioned the frame to shorten it and channeled the body onto it some how. It was short 6X6 with a M-37 box on it, but the big deuce running gear and cab. Very cool!

I was looking at a couple drop tops a few years back, make an awesome roadster pickup I think.

Modified 6x

Ian on Extreeme 4x4 modified one, shortened the frame, made it into a 4 x4 and put a flat bed on it to haul their rock climber or something. Made a pretty neat 4x out of it. He did several "other things" to it also but I've forgotten just what they were.

that hard top is begging for an angle chop..cab is small enough would look great on a bobber truck build
