Yes, thank you. Because of you I get to live in the greatest country in the world. God bless the USA.

Thanks. I served in the US Army 7th Cav. At the time ( 1969-1971 ) it wasn't something many wanted to do including myself. But today driving to work I was thinking about being a Veteran and I'm glad I did it.

Went into Burger King for lunch today and a Desert Storm vet was in front of me in a wheel chair had his credit card out getting ready to order, I said "I got that" He replied "You don't have to do that" I replied "neither did you" I had actually forgotten it was veterans day until after he got his food.

Thank you Charlie....that was a righteous thing to do.
Thank you to all vets and current military. Have a great day..:D

We should (and I do) this as often as we can...everyday is Veterans Day as far as I'm concerned. My dad is a WW2 Navy veteran and he has taught me for as long as I can remember that if you see a Vet, you thank a Vet and he taught me why I should do this. So no matter where I am or what's going on if I see a Vet I will make my way to them and thank them, often it really surprises them...this should not be the case.

I encourage you to pass a long the "See a Vet, thank a Vet" tradition.

The thank you's are much appreciated and I certainly pass them on.
