I got these in the mail today , they are Vanderpoel water carbs , they mount to the top of your carb. and inject water (water injection) and I got the original tank too ! I have the perfect place for them
For us "less than in the know" guys (also read - young-uns) could you explain the water injection-compression boost thing? I'm all about learning something new!!!!!!!
I get the same effect by driving a hoodless roadster in one of our Florida downpours! Seriously, I noticed the engine ran crisper when it was sucking up rainwater..........also decarbonized the engine I imagine too.
Just mounted them up along with the tank , started running the lines , but I ran out of parts , have to roll it outside to see if the tank is going to stay there or not......
Looks good on there 24. I like that tank. When are you going to roll it outside to see if you like it in front of the grill or if you nrrd to move it. Where else is there room for it?
Looks great. I always think it is the little touches that make a car special, and fun too. I think you can tell alot about the cars owner by looking at the car. Smart, mechanical, and fun.
Dodge is looking great, '24. Really like how you did the water injection with the pump. Keep up the good work.
And what is the story on the pick up in front of your Dodge in the last photo ?? '22
