want to put disc brake set up on the 38 PU

I was wondering what disc hubs [6 lug] can I interchange with the hubs on my 38 chevy PU. Is there a place I can find out what will work, or do I just need to find new spindles,rotors, calipers and drill the kingpings? I know someone on here has probably done something like this, so help me out and please enlighten me. thanks
