What are you running for front shocks?

I am looking into using some sort of original ford shock with the arm that looks like a pitman and the body bolts to the frame, not sure what to call them. If you are running something like this any pictures just what to see what it looks like and the style you are using. Thanks

friction shocks, and there are several types, some are even home-made

sometime in the last year or so streetrodder mag did an article on those type of shocks.......i was thinking they were actually hydraulic.....[S
but 59 is right, that most of the t-buckets and many rats use a similar type of "lever action" friction shock

Original Ford items are Houdaille shocks, and they are hydraulic, NOT friction. Both are a lever action design, but totally different in design and function.
