I'm checking google and my magazines, but i can't figure out the name of these.
They look to replace the 'traditional' 9" shock. Whats the name of it? Are they better than a shock? Do they stiffen or strengthen the front suspension?
It's a friction shock. Just dampens the bounce of the spring. With nothing to dampen the spring it will just keep bouncing. Not as good as hydraulic shocks but it gets the job done.
Thanks a lot.
Kind of a dumb question, but I just couldn't find the name of them. Thanks also for the input. I'd rather go for a hydraulic shock, IMO, they just look cooler.
