Looks like a Chevy pickup, 30's to 40's or Chev car from the 30's. What's the wheel bolt circle ?

Well, since it has 6 bolts, it is a pickup axle. You can get kits to convert to 5 lug and discs - just need to know the year... they do have a part # on the beam near the bend on the front side.
