ok i got this front beam off of a 62 chevy panel van i got it from an older guy and he said it had split rims on it that were junk cause no one will work on them i have seen locking rims before and these just look like 2 peice rims to me but im young and stupid and want to be sure before i buy stuff to try to clean these up and wast some money the front wheels are 20s thanks for any help zeth

Yup, look pretty much like junk! I would never use rusty rims.

As far as rust anything in Michigan is rusty I was just concerned if they were a locking ring rim if anyone could give me a definite yes or no that would be helpful thanks Zeth
