wishbone question

Ok, I am having a brain fart here, what years did Ford make the front wishbones that had a 'S' shape to them? Instead of straight to the perch boss. Was it 41-48? Thanks in advance. [S

ah, thats it. Thanks. And did the 46-48 front axle have a stud out near the king pin boss? Just inside of it actually. Looks kinda like a tube shock mount looking thing.

Only '48. That was the first year for tube shocks.

Interesting. Thanks. There was a complete front axle, bones with brakes in with the parts I picked up. The front spring and shackles are wrong for it but all the rest is there. There was also an A axle with spindles and spring.

If you were closer I would be interested in the A axle. Ah well...
