Yamaha XS 400 Project

I saw Project40's thread on his XS 400, so I am posting some pics for everyone to take a look at. My bike looked exactly like Project40's when I drug mine home. I ripped off the cheesy seat and ugly handle bars, then cut off the remaining part of the frame over the rear tire that I felt wasn't necessary. I pretty much turned a two person, lame-ass, street cruiser into what you see below, a bike meant for one that has a much greater appeal. Its no where near done, as I need to collect some parts that were missing, but I like the way it looks so far. I am thinking of lengthening the frame and lowering the forks to give it a 'Bonneville' type look.

These bars are a piece of pipe that I bought at Ace Hardware. True Rat-ism in action.
