another find

When I was picking up the 60 F100, the guy gave me a 64 V8 Comet. It's pretty clapped out old 4 door but it was running a few years ago and isn't stuck. I'm going after it next week. Hopefully it is a 260 or 289 with the 5 bolt bell housing so I can have an engine to rebuild and juice up a little for the rpu. Plus a lot of the V8 parts are pretty salable, like the engine mounts, spindles, hubs ect. All stuff you need to make a V8 Falcon.

Cant bet that price. Good deal.

Bad thing is it's a 300 mile round trip. Good thing is he's paying me to haul another vehicle down and I can do some more picking while I'm there. He probably has 50 trucks and cabs from the 40s-50s and 30 cars, and a couple sheds of parts I didn't even look in yet.
