here are a few of the cab with the cuts made, had to make the rear cut on this one accross the body line, do to the amount of rust thru. was amaized at how well the rear lined back up at that width. i also measured the front window frame at several places to find the right spot to cut so as to make it the same width after removing 3.5 inches. i found that staying close to the top was the best, it paid off the a pillars line up perfectly without any bending or pie cuts.

Looks like your off to a great start! Are you sure you braced the cab up enough? I guess so, It looks great! The lines are all back where they should be. I've just always seen alot more steel used thats all! I'm gonna be sure to hold on to your pics in my favorites for future reference. I like how you dropped the entire back of the cab down like that.

yeah theres a crap load of steel under it and at the four corners where the floor meets the door posts. i incorporated the floor/cowl skeleton into the door uprights when i sectioned the floor its all 1x1 square tubing. i was originally going to make this a POP top to go with the theme, so i made it strong enough to run with out a top.

thanks B.H.

gastrick its not to bad inside my seats are gonna be real close to the floor kinda put you in a reclined position, i was amaized at how much head and leg room it has left.

ark... thats why i put it that way wanted to get ur attention, thanks dp1

Very Nice !!!

Looks great. I would rather think you "squeezed" the orange, rather than crushed it. ;)
Nice job.. '22
