I had the same problem with my 66 Mustang, and no way was I going to bolt my electric fan through my new aluminum radiator. So I cut a piece of aluminum plate the same size as my radiator and cut a circle in the centre the same size as my fan and bolted to the radiator and mounted the relays and...

Thanks for your input guys....I have decided that real rust is the only way to go, so it's paint stripper and elbow grease.

Here’s a few shots of my 66 coupe I bought from Columbus, Ohio and shipped over to the UK about 2 years ago………it was sort of standard when I got it, but now has an M3 BMW interior retrimmed in leather, all new Autometer gauges, Halibrand look rims and a bitchin 347 stroker.
