Were talking ceramic coating not powder. Ceramic is specifically created to create a heat barrier...whether it be in or out. I dont think that engine blocks really dissipate enough heat to make it being trapped in a problem but thats an expensive risk to take IMO.

Well it would be good to insulate heat if it wasn't being insulated in the engine. The engine cools it self with water running through the block so I don't think it would actually make a difference but if it did I wouldn't be a good change. Now with exhaust you want to insulate heat because hot...

If anything a disadvantage .....now there are benifits to have the tops off pistons ceramic coated ....headers as well.

Forums have natural progression up ups and Downs. But they do tend to grow to large and lose that home feeling. I've always thought about capping a forum and making it private.

Deep rumble is a chambered muffler sound. You can pick them up for cheap at auto parts stores from manufacturers like thrush. I tend to like non chambered mufflers since they flow better. I like the cherry bomb vortex mufflers.

Yeah that's where most Turbo setups return to. As far as turbos go...if tour a handy fabricator then you Turbo options are unlimited and cheap. Many cars remove stock turbos to upgrade and makes them cheap. Mitsubishis take of the tdo5h 16g turbos from the evolution, and a really cool cheap...
