I had to swap my Ford spindles side to side and put the tierod in front because with a 4" drop axle the tierod wants to be right where the radius rods are. I read in Speedway catalog to heat and bend the steering arms but man, it would take a lot to clear. Is this why people use split wishbones?
2 x 3 x 3/16th. Last week I paid $130 for a 20' pc. I called around and found the price varied to as high as $178 for same pc. Funny thing, not one place stocked that size, they stock 1/4" and 11 ga.

Good metalcutting bandsaws are wet. The blades are also have large teeth like a woodsaw. Dry metal bandsaws have blades that look like hacksaws with lots of small teeth per inch. Metal saws also have a way to clamp your piece down.
OK, the center section is centered and of course the wheels are centered on the chassis, so I will just center the engine and let the drive shaft angle to it. I guess thats why they put u joints in em. Thanks.
