    What would you do??

Thanks for the suggestions, the 55 it is. Time to get busy, the shop is getting full of parts that need to get bolted back on. I wish I had a cart like I've seen in some of the build projects, to put the '51 cab on so I can roll it around. I may have to build one of those first.

    What would you do??

I have 3 project vehicles now and I am like a kid in the candy store and don't know which one to work on. Project 1: 69 chevelle non rat rod material but would like to pro-street it; have the tires and wheels but no back-half kit and have to spend about $2500 for one, so that one is on the back...

Got the '55 bought!!! She is a pretty solid truck and could be a driver in short time as compared to '51 and my '69 Chevelle. Forgot to mention I have one of them also, it is my first and only car my folks bought me to drive, so I figured I had better hang on to it.

    Am I crazy or ????

I just picked up a '51 chevy truck/s10 conversion project about a week and a half ago. Through my daily travels of being a toolman and bs'ing with customers, I was made aware of another truck, so I had to go look at it. It is a 55 GMC truck, in which right away I was drawn to the front grill...

    1951 Chevy truck..here we go

Picked up this '51 chevy truck project. The floor and firewall was already cut out without any bracing done...so the first step is to try and square the ol girl up and brace her up before I can move on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. It is going on an s10 chassis also.

    Newbee from Iowa

I am "Stump" from eastern Iowa and a new member of RRR. I have been a dirt track racer for the last 20 years and have decided to hang up the helmet. Over the last 20 years, I have bent up plenty of sheet metal and tubing on and off the track. I became intrigued with rat rods over the summer...
