if the vehicle has no vin or id its probably homemade in wich case you title the frameor regester it under street rod rules. still way more fair to do it that way than screw everyone . ck out street rod rules for state of nh. we could use those as a guideline..like i said before it will never be...

Heres my thoughts if we could get all the hotrodders to go to the capital and fight it these laws might get changed .imo any car over 20 years old shouldnt have to have titles they claim its to stop stolen cars however if a car is stolen it would show up when you regester it ..other states (nh)...

i had run into the same problem try this co. they told me they can get you a vin as well..mainely titles..( hope i didnt spell that wrong

ford did make what was called a doctors t but i think the roof was taller thats all.

the best way to fix it is give it to me [cl lol.. really id go the route of cutting up and fabbing your own panels

if you hit a bump and it channels the body another 1/2 inch..ratrodder
