    Rollcage tubing size?

Used 1 3/4" for my street car. Still plenty of room in the back seat. Foam padding saves bruised heads. Helmet hook sleeved with a rubber finger offers protection too. And a chuckle or two................

    1st build, 1933 olds rat

Keep the updates coming....... Really impressive build. Thanks for keeping the flow of pics coming. Great details! My friend hasn't really been able to get started on his 33 Olds sedan yet, but I'll keep him up on yours since his computer set up is so slow. Thanks again! ! ! ! !

    1st build, 1933 olds rat

Being an Oldsmobile fan, I'm really digging this build. Really eager to see how you are going to tie that beaver tail in. I know you are thinking fenderless, but any chance you might use the rear fenders to create just a minor lip off the bead and then just enough rear fender behind the tires...

Deceptive cowl induction for mid 50's GM's

Same principle as Nascar, only better. I find the underfloor master cylinder to be a pain. So the drivers side vent box comes off the firewall to make way for a later dual pot Olds unit with swinging pedal. The vent screen at the base of the windshield now sweeps all that strong cool...

Even more than just the cars............. The folks were really great. Cool parties Friday night without anything getting out of hand. Anyone else have pics of the track action? Had someone snap me, but they were busy with a vendor space.

RatRodMag wants pics of your dash

More like a dash extension. Just didn't want to use the typical gauge holder that came with the set up. Grabbed a scrap piece of aluminum, drilled a few holes and popped it in. Kept the dash clean.......

    Testing the water.......

Thanks MUCH for the welcome and comments! Got the wifes car on the road first. Still finishing mine. Just got it on the road last Fall and drove it 4,000 miles in two months without going over a hundred miles away. Jalopy Showdown Drags in PA. was it's first outing. The flames are just...

    Testing the water.......

I'll throw the wifes car out there first. We both have 1955 Oldsmobiles. What little I've looked around, not sure if they are too new to fit in here. Bought her's for $900 in running condition including the C-kit. A little bondo and sand paper and an box full of spray bombs and she's...
