Rad in rear This is the way I mounted the radiator. Here i'm building a foam box to seal to louverd trunk lid.

What I hate is when I blow the money and dont have anything to show for it:mad:

I think just putting a piece 4" or so below the bottem of radiator will push plenty of up into it. I am using a puller fan out to the rear. If the air at hwy speeds push in a certain direction in you application, you would want to mount your fan to push or pull in the direction of natural air...

I will get some pix up soon. The radiator is mounted at an angle like the trunk lid. Just received my new skin today that I will be taking to have many louvers punched in it in the a.m.

I used a large afco 31" racing radiator with an electric fan. I am using the stock water pump. Ran 1 1/2" aluminized exahaust tubing to the rear of the car. Went to auto zone and looked at and measured many hoses till they all fit nicely. Used ford style radiator so when turned backwards...

Thanks, will try that also. Have some work to do and dont want to put antifreeze in it yet

If I pull the lower water pump hose (small block chevy), will enuff of the water purge with out worry of the block freezing? Its 20deg. out there and no antifreeze tonight :eek:

Yea, I put the radiator in the trunk. Will take some pictures of it. Still a work in progress. Need some more tire on the rear. Cant decide on running lake Headers or zoomies. I like the sanderson zoomies $$$

Howdy from Texas. Working on this 29 Coupe, but cant seem to stay out of it long enuff to get any thing done.

Coupe Loaded fine for me, and what a nice Coupe you have there
