What is the best way to lower a 1953 Bel Air? I have been looking online, and saw very little relating to lowering of this car. Maybe I am looking the wrong place? Do they have drop springs for the front? I have seen lowering blocks for the back. Does anyone suggest a lowering height? Is 3" too much for the stock suspension? Also, when you lower these cars the cheap way does it throw the suspension geometry off so much that uneven tire wear begins to be an issue?

Thanks guys.
