Hood is totally different...fenders from a car can be modified to work. Inner fenders are the same, car, (std/dlx), and truck. The grill from a std car is the same as a truck. Yes, the deluxe grill will bolt in place, but if you want to put a dlx car hood on a truck, it takes both a truck hood and car hood to build a hood that will work. PLEASE IF YOU BUILD THAT HOOD, hack up a 42-47 truck hood for the back because stock 40-41 truck hoods are very hard to find!
The nose of a '40 passenger car is longer than a PU. Even if you fit the car fenders to the PU cab, you'll have to fabricate the bracing to the front cross member as the stock V yoke will no longer bolt up in the right location.
