Can someone with experience give me some pointers on a 400 HP recipe for a 350? I have a few must haves.A tunnel ram with two small four barrels and I would like to try one of the new Thumpr cams.I am trying to build a healthy street motor with a strong lope and still have low end power.Any suggestions appreciated.

with a tunnel ram and thumper cam youll take away from your low end power as well as no vaccum.unless you go with a manual trans or high stall converter.back in the late 80s I built a 383 SBC with a tunnel ram(pair of 600 holleys) and 3/4 race cam ....I loved the looks and sounded great....but I went through a set of plugs about every week(I couldnt tune the carbs lean enough)also it had no vaccum for my power brakes.
