'40's Dodge Truck Door Lock Cylinder

Hey Guys,

Sorry if I missed the thread in the search feature.

I am having one heck of a time locating a door lock cylinder (and key) for my '46 Dodge WC pickup.

The door latch works fine and I can open the door from the inside, but at this point I can't lock the door.

I have scoured evilBay and the internet and they seem to be impossible to find.

Anyone have any ideas on which rocks I should be looking under?
