460 Ford EFI into carbed

Got a couple questions. Is it possable to make a EFI (electronic fuel injection) motor into a carberator. The engine has to be rebuilt so changing components is not a problem. If not i guess i will keep it that way. Couldn't beet the price ($60.00). also it the motor mounts the same for all year 460's? so if i use this as moc up it will fit other 460's if i replace it with a different year.

I am pretty sure all 460 blocks are the same and just change the intake to go carb.
