we bought this off craigslist this is the start of our build. it came with a running 318 mopar in it.. so we desided just to use it

we chopped top 5 inches flipped rear springs and mono leafed them lowered it about 4inches in rear.. cab sits on frame. moved cab back a few inches.. I has a early 60's ford box that we narrowed and shortened. we notch frame over rearend for clearance.

we also steped the frame in the front to get it low.. we thought about drop spindels for the front. but its low right now.. the cab is so low the had to make a driveshaft tunnel cause it was above stock floor of cab.. I have to get them pictures off my phone.. right now we trying to build the headers and figure out the steering colum.

That looks pretty cool, I love the 318's, was one of my favorite motors and with a torqflite its rocking chair smooth. (Some say it shifts to smooth, when they're right you can't even feel them shift). Anyway, good luck with it! :p

thanks the doors sucked lol. we never done a before. dad read about it on the net and we watched stuff on youtube. we just went with it.. have more pictures of chop
